Terms and Conditions for Diving San Carlos
Our Deluxe Weekend Package includes waterfront accommodations, based on double occupancy, 2 to 3 days of boat diving, Dive Masters, tanks, weights, air fills, snacks & drinks on boats and transportation to dinner within San Carlos.
Deposits/Payments
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required at sign-up. The balance is due seven (7) days prior to departure.
Documentation
U.S. citizens must have notarized proof of citizenship in some form (passport or birth certificate with photo ID). Minors leaving the U.S. MUST have written, notarized permission to travel from the parent(s)/legal guardian(s) not traveling. If you are driving you will need your vehicle title and registration receipt.
Refunds
ALL deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to an alternate San Carlos trip if done at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled departure of the original trip for which the deposit was paid. No trip payments are transferable if cancellation is received less than fourteen (14) days prior to trip departure. No refund or transfer of any unused portion of travel package is permitted; provided the listed services were available. In the event listed services were not available, Desert Divers will make every effort to obtain compensation for the client from the supplier. Desert Divers cannot be liable for services omitted by suppliers.
Cancellations
Desert Divers reserves the right to cancel any trip having less than eight (8) confirmed reservations.
